Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

Package Your Shoes

Place the unworn footwear back in its original Alegria™ shoe box and pack it into a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
